Logout and Quit

This command terminates a USER and if a file transfer is not in progress, the server closes the control connection and ends your session. If a file transfer is in progress, the connection will remain open until the transfer returns a result the server will then close the connection. If you would like the connection to remain open, but would like to logout and back in (even as another user) the REIN command would be much better suited.
